Default Problems Installing nVidia nForce Driver

Hello all,

I am attempting to install the latest Nvidia nForce audio and network driver on my AMD64 PC running Suse Linux 9.2 Evaluation version. However, it shows me several error messages and ends up not being able to install the driver. Here is my installation log:

You should'nt need the drivers as they should work natively.

I want to be able to update and install nvidia/ati drivers when needed though, and if my system won't allow it then I will never be able to do that.

Did you use a package manager (eg. kpackage) and look for the libc development package? I believe corresponding Suse 9.3 Pro package is glibc-devel-2.3.4, 9.2 should be similar. Type /lib/libc.so.6 in console to get libc version (rpm -q glibc might give you this as well).
