The official word is that all the UMDs will be region-encoded, but since the UK and Japan share the same Region (2), filthy-minded European PSP owners should be fine. And anyway, rumour has it they'll actually be region-free, so you'll be fine even if you bought a US PSP.

People were aleady encoding porn and transfering to the memory stick for psp the first day it came out so this isn't that suprising.

Yes, I believe the first video I had transfered to my PSP was a pr0n video LOL...Not that I am some kind of sex pr0n freak or something but I was just experimenting with putting mpeg videos into my psp

...Anyways I think it's a cool idea that the horizon for UmDs is expanding now and eventually, we'll probably be able to have UMD capable burners and store our own information into them and have the information uploaded into psps
