If they can keep the sweet lightsaber action going and make it more of an RPG-style character improvement system (ala System Shock 2 or even the original Jedi Knight (Dark Forces 2)), it'll be quite good. Single player on Jedi Outcast was a little too linear for my tastes. Let me choose how I allocate my force points, don't do it for me!

Oh, and your link is a bit out of whack...there's an extra http:// in there...(and it doesn't say anything about the DOOM III engine, although we can all hope...)

Cheers,
JND

Hehe I know it doen't say anything about using the doom3 engine but since Raven has been working on Quake 4(doom3 engine) for some time now it's safe to say they are.
Having the license for the doom3 engine and going back to the quake3 engine doesn't seem right.
I believe Raven has had access to the engine code since 2001.
Link fixed.

As long as microsoft don't buy up raven and make it such that it gets an x-box release in 2004 and pc release in 2005 (or not at all).

If they fix the NUMEROUS problems with JK2... I'll buy it. But they really screwed JK2 multi over with that backstab crap.
