Well, hmmm, I'm at a loss, except obviously something is wrong with the card.

No, I don't get any missing textures/artifacts at these speeds. I'm able to play almost every game with the ingame settings maxed out. The only one I can't really do that way is Doom 3, but I can't play it on the second highest. As for my 3DMark05 score, it's in my Sig. That's my highest score ever. It's pretty sad compared to the 6800 cards.

So I've called CompUSA up and talked to one of their tech, of course they asked me to bring it in for them to look at it. What else .

Will keep more posted .....once I backup everything on my hard drive and format my drive to bring it into CompUSA

BTW just curious , Nvidia GEForce 6800 or ATI 800XT ? Which would be a better card to purchase ?

He probably doesn't trust the techs at CompUSA with his pRoN collection.

Your ambient temperature is way too high at 62C !!!

Probably means you have a severe case cooling problem.

LOL.

Maybe the techies at CompUSA won't realize that the formatted disk still has Gigabytes of pRoN on it.
