Lightbulb Multiple X Screens config but CRT-0 will not display

This is strange i have never seen this with my config before.
Everything looks just right, but when i try to load to init 5 it will only display the DFP-0 screen.

I am running SuSE 9.3 Pro x86_64
latest drivers from nvidia on Yast Online Update
Geforce 4 TI4400

Here is my xorg.conf

My Xorg.0.log is attached to this thread, and i see no errors indicating that my monitor should not come online. it just sits like it is getting no signal. I have done this before on this system.

Could someone please go through my config and my log to see if they can see anything i can't. Sometimes i just need another set of eyes here.
Thanks

I am including my nvidia-bug-report.log to this post so that you can get the full scoop on my machine.
Thanks

Have you tried using a much more recent driver, such as 1.0-7667?

Based on your X log and bug report, X thinks that its driving both displays at 1600x1200, so it doesn't look like anything is going wrong from that perspective.

Have you tried swapping the two displays so that the CRT is first, and DFP second? This would at least help to determine if the problem is following the display or not.

I wonder if commenting out the Option "ConnectedMonitor" "..." entries or specifying Option "ConnectedMonitor" "DFP, CRT" might help? Is the DFP connected via a DVI port? If not, then it would be considered a "CRT" to the driver and would be being picked up as Monitor[1] by the driver. I suppose you could also try configuring this as Twinview with one "screen", if that meets your needs, though it should work with two screens.
