I have a nforce2 mb and wanna install NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0301-pkg1.run driver for my onboard network card. I get the error "cannot compile kernel interface" like a lot of other users complained here in the forum. I looked up this error in many many threads, but didnt find any helpinh stuff. Can you tell me how i getting this driver installed on a gentoo 2005.1 system? (I know, i have no install log, sry..)

The method is the same on Gentoo as any other distribution. It's a matter of having the necessary environment in place to build external modules, that means having the source tree of your running kernel in place and configured. Do a search in the forums or google around, it's been explained a hundred times.
I might as well mention that you don't actually need the NFORCE package at all. nforce2 has been supported in the Linux kernel for a long time.
