Default Okay, I'm a noob.

So i'm not very experienced with linux, but i know enough to get around.

I installed the latest nvidia drivers from their website the other day and I can't find any option to enable a tv-out or anything like that like you can under windows.

what I want to do is enable a tv-out to watch movies and such on (640x480 or so) and keep my monitor connected at 1024x768 as normal.

any ideas?

You will have to edit your xorg.conf. You can check the options in the manual/releasenotes.
Also you can have a look here for reference :
