Thanks Brian. I'm open for any suggestions that anyone might have in the future. I think this is a good layout to settle on for now.

The layout seems more haphazard now and a little "messier" than before.

The icons and links are good indicators but the layout is more jumbled visually.

Through trial and error I think you will soon mate the positives of the new layout method as well as the aesthetics of having a more uniform link mechanism.

The spacing (line height in particular) is increased over the old style. That actually improves readability when you have large sections of text but I agree that it's a bit much right now. I'll keep tweaking it. Thanks.

I just reduced the line height for the bulleted items.
