Yeah, I never finished it because I thought it was too hard and with the save points, it was just too frustrating for me.

What frustrated me about NG was the overall inconsistency of the game. Some parts, even in later levels, were really easy. Others, even in early parts, were too hard. I didn't like how enemies respawned if you went through certain areas because you were lost/had to backtrack. Sometimes distance between save points was a problem. I know on a few occasions, I had gone through a whole mess of work, only to be killed before a save point and had to start completely over again.

Finally, my last beef - not nearly enough Ayane.

Well I think this fall or winter (can't remember which) they are coming out with Ninja Gaiden: Black... which includes the full game plus a bunch of extras (including an Easy mode for you losers

)... think it is going to come out at 30 bucks or something.

Another good thing about it is that I heard you can use your NG save... so I won't have to collect all of those freaking scarabs again :\.
