Default Driver not working with FX1100 & 24"

I have a Sun W2100z with a FX1100 card connected to Sun's 24" LCD monitor. I would like to run at 1920x1200 but nothing that I do seems to make this work. The system is running Solaris 10 with all the latest patches. I've installed the v7676 driver from Nvidia's web site.

Anyone out there with a similar config that is working?

Thanks
