Lagometer Question

Hi all,
Looked at this forum and several others. All say the Lagometer shows green, yellow, and red. Mine shows green, occasional yellow, and blank. Does anyone know what blank means?

You're ping is quite low, right? Basically the "blanks" should be green, but they are less then 1 pixel tall

Ping normally around 20-25. Thanks for the answer.
