7676 and 7667 drivers for Solaris did not support FX3450
I do it as the below procedure:
1.Install NVIDIA-Solaris-x86-1.0-7676.run with FX3450 card.
2.Copy /etc/X11/xorg.conf.nvidia to /etc/X11/xorg.conf
3.Run " #update_drv -a -i '"pci10de,cd"' nvidia "
4.Check /etc/driver_aliases and make sure that the line of nvidia "pci10de,cd" has been appended into the file end.
5.Reboot -- -r
but I still can't enter X-windows and get the same log file as before:
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to initialize the NVIDIA kernel module! Please ensure
(EE) NVIDIA(0): that there is a supported NVIDIA GPU in this system, and
(EE) NVIDIA(0): that the NVIDIA device files have been created properly.
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Please consult the NVIDIA README for details.
(EE) NVIDIA(0): *** Aborting ***
(II) UnloadModule: "nvidia"
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.
Fatal server error:
no screens found
So would you have some suggestion about it?
PS: the FX1400 and NVS280 have the same issue, but it should support them in README.TXT

Re: 7676 and 7667 drivers for Solaris did not support FX3450
Does the problem with the Quadro FX1400 and/or the Quadro NVS280 persist after following the steps described in the README's Appendix L. Swapping boards?
