Default Rotated Clone Mode

Is there any way to get clone mode to rotate one screen and not the other? I need this for a tablet docking station. Everyone on Tablet PC Buzz says unfortunately it isn't possible in windows, but I thought there might be a way in linux. Right now my workaround involves separate x servers and VNC... bleh.

At the moment it isn't possible. In the future it might be.
