How to stop receiving annoying NVRM ioctl messages in dmesg and in /var/log/messages

How do i exclude the driver from outputting these annoying NVRM ioctl messages to dmesg? They fill up my messages log too.

Nov 24 14:42:03 linuxBox NVRM: ioctl(0x4a, 0xffeb42b0, 0x60)

I'm using 1.0.7676 drivers on a Quadro4 980 XGL

These messages are DEBUG messages that aren't printed by default. Are you using a custom build and/or have you changed the default DEBUG level?
