Default 7676 and FC5-test1 on x86_64

I recently installed Fedora Core 5 test1 (FC5-test1) on an x86_64/em64t platform and found several issues. Some of them I was able to address, but the others not.

First, FC5 uses a different directory structure for xorg. I had to move the contents of the ff. directories to (what I guessed was) their proper subdirectory in the new FC5 structure:

/usr/X11R6/lib64/* -> /usr/lib64/
/usr/X11R6/lib64/modules/extensions/* -> /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions/
/usr/X11R6/lib64/modules/drivers/* -> /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/drivers/

After editing /etc/X11/xorg.conf according to the README, I started X, but couldn't get glx working. Here's the relevant part of /var/log/Xorg.0.log:

Here're some more things I checked:

$ ldd /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/extensions/libglx.so
libGLcore.so.1 => /usr/lib64/libGLcore.so.1 (0x00002aaaaacb0000)
libnvidia-tls.so.1 => /usr/lib64/tls/libnvidia-tls.so.1 (0x00002aaaab4be000)

Hope this helps the devs. Any more ideas to try?

You're not using the nvidia driver's glx:

(II) Loading /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/libglx.so
(II) Module glx: vendor="X.Org Foundation"
compiled for 6.99.99.902, module version = 1.0.0

Please generate and post a bug report.

You're right. I didn't notice that path to libglx.so. I just removed /usr/lib64/xorg/modules/libglx.so and I could play Neverwinter Nights again (glx program).

Thanks!
