Lightbulb DVI on ASUS A8N-VM CSM (Nvidia 6150), FC4

This is a fix for using the DVI output on 6150 boards with the Nvidia driver version 1.0-8174 for Linux. From the look of some of the other threads i've seen on this forum, it may have broader application.

The specific problem seems to be that the Nvidia driver by default disables the DVI output when X loads, and there is no way i've found to explicitly tell it to use DVI as the primary interface. The VESA driver has no such problem, so i assume it is a driver issue, not a BIOS probelm.

Below are my hardware configuration and my xorg.conf. The key seems to be enabling TwinView to get the driver to turn on the DVI output, and setting TwinViewOrientation to "Clone" to produce the same output on the DVI as on the VGA. Interestingly, TwinView Clone mode does not appear in the --advanced-help for nvidia-xconfig, so it may need to be done manually.

Note on screen resolution: Since this configuration relies on TwinView being enabled, i think the available modes are set by the option "MetaModes" instead of the Modes line in the Display Subsection.

Hardware Configuration:
Motherboard: ASUS A8N-VM CSM
Chipset: Nvidia 6150 / 430
Graphics: Nvidia 6150 integrated

CPU: Athlon64 3200+ (Rev. E)
Linux: Fedora Core 4 (FC4-x86_64)
Video Driver: Nvidia 1.0-8174
