Problems with 1.0-8174 x86

Ok I have two problems with the new driver on my Samsung X30 Laptop with a GeforceFX 5200GO.

First of all, when I want to start the server with the Option "MetaModes" "1280x1024, 1280x800; 1280x1024, NULL; NULL, 1280x800; 800x600, NULL" I get:

(EE) NVIDIA(0): The requested configuration of display devices is not
(EE) NVIDIA(0):      supported in the hardware.
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to unmap registers.
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to unmap registers.
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to free registers.
(II) UnloadModule: "nvidia"
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.

Fatal server error:
no screens found

I have to say that my second monitor is not connected but this shouldn't be a problem since this worked for me this way all the time and I'm happy about it.
When I uncomment the MetaModes Option the server starts without problems but I have a second problem then.
When I switch into console mode with "Ctrl + Alt + F1" I get a really strange display. I remember this from older drivers. To give you some impression about it I will attach a picture of it.

Did this same xorg.conf work in 1.0-7676? If so, please post a bug report generated against 1.0-7676 and 1.0-8174.
