I have updated my Fedora Core 4 kernel from 2.6.11 to 2.6.14 and the NIC and audio no longer function. I was wondering if anyone has seen this problem or if there is an nVidia nForce4 driver for the newer kernel?

You need to reinstall the NFORCE driver whenever you update your kernel.
Thanks, Lonni |

I have installed the NFORCE-Linux-x86-1.0-0310-pkg1.run and have setup my modprobe.conf file like it is stated in the readme file setting the eth0 to nvnet instead of forcedeth. Do you know if the version 1.0-0310 will work with the 2.6.14 kernel?

Yes, 1.0-0310 works fine with a 2.6.14 kernel. If you're experiencing problems, please generate and post a bug report.
Also, please elaborate on how to reproduce the problem. Thanks, Lonni |

If your on fedora make sure you have booted into the new kernel before you reinstall your driver. I think fedora points /usr/src/linux to the kernel your booted into not the latest.
