(0) Failed To Load GLX FC4

X will not load with the GLX option turned on on 7667, 7661 and other 7XXX versions, however if i use the 8174 or above versions x loads however when you go into nvidia-setting then you click on the glx options it will go to a black screen and do a HARD FREEZE, the only way to recover is to pull power. if you run like xawtv under the 8174 versions it will give two erros that the glx is bad or something like that. Also note that its a FX 5200 128MB card. Also

steps are

1. Install Fedora Core 4
2. Yum upgrade
3. Yum install nvidia-graphics7667-kmdl-$KVER
4. Yum Install nvidia-graphics7667
5 Nvidia-Graphics-Switch 7667 (just to make sure)
6 Startx
7 (Drops to shell) (0) Failed To Load GLX

Tried searching but nothing seams to work. also looking at /etc/selinux its disabled.

You have not removed the glx libs from xorg...

from your log:
Loading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a
Loading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libglx.a
...

Well call me a newbie, but if i remove the files, (moved them )

then when i go to opengl/glx i get the opengl extension GLX is not supported by x server of there was a problem retrieving the GLX information from the X server.
