Device not found error, have 6200

I have the following card:

When starting x.org, I get a message stating that no devices were found.

The nvidia module seems to load fine:

I've attached my xorg.conf file and the xorg server log.

If anyone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, that would be greatly
appreciated. I've commented out the DRI module and ran opengl-update.

Your X server was built w/o module loader support, please check your use flags for static.

I'm using gentoo, and I did have the static flag set in make.conf. I've set it to "-static" and am recompiling now.
