Default nforce4 networking with xen3

Hi there,

I run a Debian Sarge with kernel 2.6.12.6-xen3. I am unable to use my onboard eth because it is not detected by forcedeth driver. So I tried to set up the nic using nvidia closed source drivers. The device comes up and on my switch I see lights blinking without being able to connect any other host. With vanilla kernel and forecedeth (no xen) everthing works fine.

Any ideas???

Kind regards,
