The 6800GT uses 2.0ns RAM, but the Ultra uses 1.6ns, so the GT ram might not be able for the Ultra timings.
There's a BIOS editor for 6800's that lets you set the ram timings and voltages, so you could make a custom Ultra BIOS with GT timings, to use on the GT.
yeh Nibitor will let you do that, but even though i think it has to have exact same specs to run in sli right, so same memory timings, not just changing the device ID (which is really easy with a 6800 GT) i doubt a straight flash would work, you'd probably have to get an edited BIOS for the GT, or flash the Ultra to a GT
