Default Red Hat 8.0 3D Hardware Acceleration?

Hello All,

I'm running RH 8.0 with Nvidia 3123 drivers and Using Softimage | XSI as my 3D animation and FX app. Nvidia makes a big difference between running the standard drivers so my hats off to them. The main question I have is RH 8.0 has a 3D Hardware Acceleration option in the display tab which is greyed out, does anyone know how to turn on this feature?

Thanks!

Your using unsupported drivers for DRI acceleration.

You said your using the 3123 drivers from nvidia?

That's 3d acceleration. Just better.
