Default Gnome+Twinview, Launch app on a screen [Solved]

I've been told that KDE lets you set which Ximerama display apps open on by default. Is there a way to do this under Gnome? Almost everything launches on the right screen by default, but the left screen is where I like to do all of my work. Ol' righty is just there to compliment and help out when things are cluttered.

This gets really annoying since I often leave the right monitor turned off. In the mean time I'll just keep doing "Alt+Space, M, drag-mouse-left, click" whenever I open something.
