I reinstalled win xp pro last weekend and ever since I have noticed that under the 6800gt tab in the advanced graphics properties, under Graphics card information my bus is listed as PCI, well I know the graphics card is plugged into an AGP x8 slot so what could be causing this? I can find nothing in any menu that can change this sorry state of affairs and I have tried various drivers from 77.77 to the new beta 84.12's.
I have a friend who has a similar card (his is a BFG and mine is a PNY) and his bus is listed as AGPx8. |

What motherboard do you have and did you install the chipset (AGP) drivers for the board? Ex: For an nforce3 motherboard you need to install the GART drivers from the 5.11 set.
