My hottest cpu, the 2800xp(barton) runs around 65c after a while of full cpu load if I leave the fan at 2k RPMS.

I am wondering if theres a new contender in the realm of low noise "mid level" performance that could help me lower my noise and maybe even my temps even more.
u should probably look at the arctic cooling freezer 64 pro. All the reviews ive seen says it damn quiet and cools really good. And its pretty cheap.
