Socket 939 Motherboard Advice Needed.

I *might* be building a new computer soon and I'm having trouble choosing a motherboard. So far I've looked at the ASRock 939SLI32-eSATA2, MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum, and ASUS A8N-E as possiblities. Just wondering if anybody could give me suggestions on other Motherboards, or comments on the boards I've already listed. If you suggest a new motherboard it needs to be $115 or below.

The final system (except for the motherboard, since I'm still divided on that) will be:

Motherboard: Not decided yet.
Processor: Athlon 64 X2 3800+
Memory: 1GB (any decent brand)
Case: CHENMING CMUI-601AEB-AW
CD-RW Drive: LiteON 52x24x52 CD-RW (leftover from current computer)
DVD-ROM Drive: Samsung 16x DVD-ROM (leftover from current computer)
Power Supply: AeroCool Turbine 550W (leftover from current computer)
Hard Drive: Seagate 80GB 7200 RPM (leftover from current computer)
Video Card: eVGA Geforce 6800GS CO SE
Sound Card: Probably intergrated, but possibly an X-Fi Extreme Music.

ASUS A8N-SLI (non deluxe or premium) is pretty popular. Can be had @ newegg for $110.

If you're not looking at getting SLI, I would personally recommend a board that uses ATI's Xpress 200 chipset. That's what I'm using now and it's been absoluely rock solid. It also gets along just fine with any NVIDIA or ATI PCI-E card I've put in it.

I'm not interested in SLI or overclocking ability, just looking for a good mid-range motherboard. I'll have to check out some Motherboards using the Xpress 200 Chipset, thanks for the tip.
