Yea, the TR developers are saying there is a known stuttering issue with nVidia cards with High Definition content enables, supposly the new patch fixes it a bit, however a new driver from nV is supposed to fix it entirely.. we will see.

Okay I am late to the party so two quick questions...
1. Is there more than one version of the demo because at fileshack the one I am about to download says standard in the file name? http://www.fileshack.com/file.x?fid=8620 2. Can the patch be applied to the demo or is it for the retail version of the game ONLY which hasn't been released yet in the US? |

Geez, what luck. The first time I can recall ever having ordered a game online and it looks like I'm going to have to send it back. I can't even install it. The event viewer shows a bunch of errors saying the device has a bad block.
![]() Well, that's strange. It works fine in my 2nd system. The install program started immediately just like you'd expect. Hmm, I think I have the same DVD burner in both systems although they were purchased at different times. Edit: I just shared the DVD drive from the system that works and that seems to be working okay. I guess I'll look for updates for my burner later on. Last edited by OWA; 04-12-06 at 02:49 PM. |
