7667 and 8756 nvidia drivers freeze linux with GF MX460

New nvidia drivers 7667 and 8756 both freeze the pc when X start.
Display card is Geforce MX 460. Lock up with black screen and keyboard
cursor at left top of screen. Please note that 7174 is working fine no
matter xorg or XFree86. Sure not the problem of OS. I tried different
of Linux Distro and kernel version but result the same.

I have a few questions:
0) Does this persist if you change vga=791 to vga=normal?
1) Have you verified that you're using the latest BIOS?

yes it persists..

sorry, I cannot sure about this. It is MSI display card and I had updated it once when I bought it at long time ago.
