Default /proc/driver/nvidia/agp/status disabled???

why? i have in my xorg.conf

Option "NvAgp" "1"

in device section

Probably a case of a flawed driver installation or configuration - post a nvidia bug report.

What distribution? Some have it compiled into the kernel.
