Default Wait 2800 Seconds for a search?

DId i do something wrong here? Usually I can do a search every 60 seconds, now NvNews doesn't like me:

I was thinking maybe there is a script that detects if I hit search too often or something it punishes me.

I think it's the server itself. Something is wrong with the time...
GMT -5 Should be 8:55pm right now, but it's 7:55pm according to the server.
