Question Sony 100ES -> 70Hz on 1024x768

I have monitor Sony 100ES which supports 1024x768@85. I have at xorg.conf:
Section "Monitor"
Identifier "MyMonitor"
VendorName "Sony"
ModelName "CPD-100ES"
HorizSync 30.0 - 90.0
VertRefresh 50.0 - 150.0
Option "dpms"
That set 1024x768 with 85 Hz on old version of nvidia drivers. But with 1.0-8756 (Linux x86-64) it sets 70Hz. Where am I wrong?
