Default I need HSP56 Audio Modem Riser Drivers for my Modem on Windows XP Pro Help! Help!

Hello Guys!

Okay, under other devices in device manager I see that there's a big yellow question mark ? in PCI Simple communcations controller. I think it's for HSP56 Audio Modem Riser.
Only I can't find a driver for it to save my life. The motherboard is a PC-Chips brand old school. The company that makes the modem product for this motherboard is C-Media Electronics Inc. I've already looked on their website and couldn't find anything for it there or anywhere else. I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2 so I'll need the driver to support XP. Please let me know if you have any leads or please post the driver.
