Please start X with the following command:
startx -- -logverbose 6 and then generate and post a new bug report for review. Thanks, Lonni |

The content of the EDID getting returned seems to be badly broken:

My best guess is that either your display is having problems or your videocard is having problems, although I suppose the cable between them could be suspect too. My point is that if nothing else has changed on your system since yesterday, then it seems likely to be a hardware issue, rather than a software issue.
Thanks, Lonni |

I try with Ubuntu live CD and the driver and crt monitor work fine.
the driver detect the monitor but with my system doesn't detect the crt. I check all the cable and it's ok. m. |

If you're stating that using the same nvidia X driver version with the Ubuntu Live CD no longer reproduces the problem, then the problem is then something in your OS installation, and not the nvidia X driver.
