Default UseEdidDpi for Legacy 7182

Does the UseEdidDpi work for the legacy driver 7182?

It is getting ignored when starting X

Section "Device"
BoardName "GeForce2 Ultra"
BusID "1:5:0"
Driver "nvidia"
Identifier "Device[0]"
VendorName "NVidia"
Option "UseEdidDpi" "FALSE"
Option "DPI" "96 x 96"

(WW) NVIDIA(0): Option "UseEdidDpi" is not used
(WW) NVIDIA(0): Option "DPI" is not used

and I'm ending up with some very un-useable dpi's

(--) NVIDIA(0): Display dimensions: (1100, 620) mm
(--) NVIDIA(0): DPI set to (23, 31)

Is there any way to set either the display dimensions or the dpi in the config file manualy using the 7182 driver?

Thanks for the help.
