utorrent not capping upload speed
Well I just did a reformat and decided to give utorrent a try based on suggestions in another thread. Problem is that no matter WHAT I set the upload limit to, it keeps pegging out (around 40kB/s for me). I had found with Azures that keeping the upload at 35 not only allowed me to do basic surfing but also kept the torrents from choking on themselves (i.e. my download speeds tanked when the uploads were pegged out).
I've tried reseting to several different speeds, reloading the program, and rebooting .... nothing seems to work ... any ideas????
Okay, for some reason the quick adjust wasn't locking had to go in through the options and nail it down there ... all good to go now ..... lock away!!!!

Also if you have the Scheduler enabled it will override other settings.
