My friend was given a computer with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Edition on it from work. He doesn't like the OS so he purchased an Upgrade to Windows XP Professional Disc Retail. Can he Upgrade on the Microsoft Windows XP Pro on a computer that's running Microsoft Windows Server 2003? Keep in mind that he only has an upgrade disc not a full version disc.

Right, it didn't work. At any rate he had an old Windows 2000 Pro valid disc we used to do the upgrade to Windows XP Pro. End of problem...
