Default Doesn't appear that MSI Live Update 3 Utility works in Windows XP x64 Edition Why?

Okay, I just got done building a new computer and I'm currently running Windows XP x64 on it. The Motherboard is from MSI Model: K8N Neo4-F.
I tryed installing MSI's utility call Live Update 3. It would run on Windows XP x64 any suggestions?

All I really need now is the most recent bios update for the MSI motherboard
Model number: K8N-NEO4-F (661-7125) Can't seem to find the direct link for it. Could you please help? Thank you!

Where do find the flash utility to update the bios? If the flash utility is infact the MSI Live update utility then I can't use Live update due to the fact that I'm running Windows XP x64 Pro. MSI live update won't support my OS.

Attention:
Users who download BIOS here(not using Live Update) should use the flash utility, attached in the downloading compressed file package, to conduct BIOS update. To avoid BIOS update failure, please don't try to use the utility which is the old version or not sourced from here.
There is also a How to flash the BIOS.doc inside the zip file.

Default Re: Doesn't appear that MSI Live Update 3 Utility works in Windows XP x64 Edition Why?

Now I want to focus on making sure the system bios settings are setup really good. I don't need to flash. However, when the pc boots up I get a display screen with my video card's 256 ram loading. Next it will proceed to boot into windows xp x64 Pro edition. This isn't a problem but prefer to not have to see it load. Any great advise on tweaking my MSI Motherboard's settings?

The specs on this second computer are as listed.

AMD Athlon 64 3200+
MSI K8N Neo4-F Motherboard
2 X 512MB = 1GB of non single channel memory DDR
Ge-Force 6000 256MB x16 PCI-Express Graphics card
WD SATA 250GB HDD
TTGI 550Watt PSU
Lite-On DVD/CD/R/RW Dual Layer x16 Burner
Windows xp x64 Pro
