Default request for README version

Is there any chance you could put a document version in the README files? That way we'd know if there is anything new there. Alternatively, something like a "What's New" section. Thanks, the keepers of the Linux nvidia driver do a really great job!

You can try the "diff" tool. Available on all Linux systems.
First save the old README, then install the new driver and diff them.

well, if I'm gonna look at the installed text file, there's really no problem, as the text file has a version number listed at the top. In the current version it states this:
NVIDIA Corporation
Last Updated: 2006/03/29
Most Recent Driver Version: 1.0-8774
from which I'd assume there's no change to the doc.

But as you no doubt didn't notice in my email, I was referring to the rather beatutiful on-line doc now located at http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/L...DME/index.html
which, as far as I can tell has no version number in it. I spose I *could* do a wget for every version, then perform a `diff -r` but I thought it might be easier for someone to replicate the version number for me. Just ease-of-use nicety is all.
