Unhappy leftof/rightof being ignored in xinerama

This was working, and then I hit the ubuntu/Xorg bug last week, after which it stopped working.

I have a triple monitor setup:

a [CRT/Nvidia-VGA] b [LCD/Nvidia-DVI] c [CRT/Matrox-VGA]

My #b monitor is the primary; the other two I turn on or off depending on my use. I have c defined as rightof b, and a defined as leftof b. However, for whatever reason, x comes up with c left of b, and a right of b. I tried switching "leftof" and "rightof" in the configuration, and it made no difference! It's as if it's being ignored. Attached is the xorg.conf, and the startup log.
