Let me start with the specs. Athlon 2700+, ASUS A7N8X delux, 120 gb hd, 1 gig ram, Geforce FX 5800 Ultra vid card.
One of the things I enjoyed about my old geforce 3 was the ability to change the cards color correction on the desktop and have the changes carry over into applications. This has posed a huge problem with my Geforce FX 5800 ultra card. Upon entering a game after making changes to the cards color correction for optimum viewing, the game loads with completely warped colors making it unplayable. However, to fix this all it takes is switching color correction back to default @ the desktop. This can not be the only solution! If ANYONE has an answer on how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate it. And yes, I have the latest detonator drivers. |
