Hmm saw this on the xbitlabs...what is that connector on the top..its not there on the gigabyte one (has a sticker there)

That's for SLI, the bridge goes there to connect the cards together.It's there on Gigabyte's as well,they just have a sticker on it as you said.

I..dont think thats the sli connector. There is a connection next to the sli connector..marked with red circle

Ah sorry about that, the first pic was missing, the second one had a blue something on the sli connector so I assumed that's what you were talking about. Sorry, my bad.

That connector is for Jakup's direct link to his SLi config. That is one of the advantages of becoming a borg as he has!

Its for an SLI connector, ribbon cable. Was easier for Nvidia to test the cards in different boards, with there being a difference in spacing in pci-e slots.
