I need some solid advice from you guys. What would you do if the following happend to you?
I placed an order on Feb. 18th, 2007 via online with ZipZoomfly.com After I placed the order I updated my account information on their website since infact my address is really, really long. After that I decided to call Zipzoomfly's customer service department and leave a detailed message in regards to me updating my account information after placing the order. Not only did I call and leave a detailed message with them I also sent them 2 valid e-mails which were in regards to me updating my bill to ship to after the fact I placed the order. This awat their would be any errors or delays with my order. If anyone's ever dealed with Zipzoomfly.com you know they suck at customer service...they never answer their phones. So I was forced to leave a message. With that being said, they had at least a 15 to 16 hour open window to get me phone message and both the emails I sent them. Regardless on how informative I was with Zipzoomfly.com they still failed on all accounts to ship my product to me. They shipped it to the wrong apartment number. The package delivered and signed at some other address other then mine. From what I've heard, the FedEx driver signed it himself and left it on the 3rd floor in front of the door. I never got ****! The value is over $265.00 I payed via PayPal and have started the claim process against ZipZoomfly.com I hope to get a full refund a/sap! If you guys can help me and suggest any other advice I sure would love to hear from you all. At the moment I'm trying to have FedEx email the shipping label ZipZoomfly.com used to send the item out. That will show their mistake withthe incorrect apartment number and then I can use it against ZipZoomfly.com For Zipzoomfly is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with. I love Newegg.com they are and will remain faithful to them from this day forth. |

Go to the apartment and get the damn package! And if that doesnt work, go back the next day wearing those short brown UPS shorts that chicks dig and pretend like you shipped it to the wrong address.

OMFG! That’s pure genius I am going to get my friend to order something online and use my family's vacation apartment near the beach address, latter he will say he is changing address just as the product is being sent I will receive the package and then claim that the driver did not deliver it to the address and that I was not currently staying their at the time and that someone else must have picked it up thus I am unable to return the item to the driver... My friend will file a claim and get his money back and then we have a free item... That’s a nice setup you got their j/k

Zipzoomfly always answers their phones for me. Never had a single problem with them.

What ship method did you pick? If it was FedEx, UPS, or DHL you should have just called them directly and told them to re-route it. If you were being a cheap bastard and going USPS, then disregard

I drive for UPS and I know several fed ex drivers. First off I would get a hold of fed ex and demand as to why he signed it off and left it. You have already tried to get a hold of the shipper. You need to make someone accountable for the mistake. Most likely zzf will have to reship it and they eat the loss and they will if they are worth anything. You can go after fed ex also it may be a little more difficult. I see this a lot and it's BS. I hope your product soon . Kinda of weird that the call tag is being shown as picked up.Something is fishy here. Good Luck

Past that how is ZZF bad for a messup by FedEx delivering the package to the wrong address it was original ordered to but FedEx did not get a proper sign off for? Personally I would have thought "hey FedEx made a mistake I should get it fixed by FedEx", but that just me, my thinking is affected by my meds I am pretty sure. ![]()
