Default Good water cooling system?

I want to start using water cooling, mainly for the asthetic value. I could also use the tempurature drop. I want a good water cooling machine for $200 or under. I checked Danger Den and they didn't have any AM2-compatible water cooling systems, so I need suggestions. My color preference is either green tubes or clear tubes with green water. Either way, it must have that fuzzy (UV?) glow.

Your rear fan will either attach to or be replaced by the fan on the radiator. It should fit fine.
