Chicago has been trying to clear zoning on a tallest building venture for 15 years now atleast. They even started the building process on one venture just to cancel later. Color me jaded, but until I am on the top floor looking down I will not believe.

Yuck! What ugliness. Leave crap like that to Dubai or China and put up the classic American building like its surroundings. And I guess they missed the fact it looks like a giant dildo.

the idea it looked like a dildo never even entered my mind till you guys brought it up...i kind of like it....it should be cool looking when completed.
