Driver install problems

Ok here is the problem I'm having...

I used DCPro to remove the drivers in windows, then I rebooted into safe mode and used DCPro again to remove the drivers, ran the install and for some reason the installer couldnt detect my hardware so the install had to exit.

Rebooted back into windows and ran the installer again with no luck "Setup could not detect your hardware installer will exit"

So I manually updated the drivers and tried to run the installer again but with no luck, the installer still cant detect my graphics cards even though I was able to manually install the drivers!

I have tried re-downloading the drivers again but I still get the same error. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
