This is a patch for Skype hanging issue with 0301 driver verison.
1) Download the 0301 nforce driver 2) sh NFORCE-Linux-1.0-0301-pkg1.run -x 3) go to NFORCE-Linux-1.0-0301-pkg1/nvsound/main 4) copy nvmain-patch.txt here 5) patch -p0 nvmain.c < nvmain-patch.txt 6) make clean & make Use the newly created nvsound driver ( copy this to corresponding /lib/modules/kernel...... path for sound) |

Well, I heard some horror stories about how unstable and problematic hardware VoIP is, and that user often has to restart the VoIP adaptors. Is software VoIP more stable? How about dropped calls and disconnections? Those are an issue with the internet connection rather than the VoIP, right? Is software based VoIP more stable than hardware VoIP? Please answer me out. Thank you.
