I only leave you with this, whos making more money now? Everquest is an RPG. WoW is an RPG. Both made/make more money then dnd did in their day easily.

More people seem to think the style MMO/WoW uses for rpg playing and character creation is more enjoyable.
First off, there are dozens of MMOs that use the same type of system as WoW, and none of them are even close to being as popular, so saying that WoW is that popular because of the system is a joke. If you're little idea had any merit, every MMO that used that system would be highly popular because "it's more enjoyable". There are dozens of reasons the population of WoW is so high, and the character creation is far down the list.

As for EQ, which i loved, more people bought Baldur's Gate than ever bought EQ and that was one DnD game, so to try to say EQ was more popular is laughable. In fact, more people have purchased DnD games over the years than will ever buy EQ and WoW combined.

Enough nonsense, name your top 10 (or even top 5) rpgs of all time.

This is probably the dumbest thing i've ever read. Why would i think modders are anal retentive asshats? They are adding to a game they love. I do think, however, that people who buy a game and sit around taking screenshots of every glitch they see are anal retentive asshats.

Hummm how do you think said modders find out about and catalog these kind of errors.......think.........that right bright spark they take screenshots of them! who have thunk of that!

as i and one of those said modder theres a reason why im cataloging them as i play (now this might be beyond your grasp to understand why but its)because im going can start making a texture pack to fix those errors......so can you understand that it makes sense that i catalog them.

I guess you wont be downloading it when its done though because as you've already stated that kind of stuff is'nt important is it......

Xbox-360 vs PC comparison.

Looks surprisingly good on several years old console:

Going to buy Xbox release after seeing this

unfortunately the pc version is lacking a bit of graphics, which is why this game runs so smoothly at high ress/max aa.

the game can be pretty hard lol...

Reviewers have said universally that the X-Box version is the most inferior graphically, plus you'd have to contend with an inferior interface.

Wow this feedback thread has really brought out some trolls. How bizarre.

http://www.pcgames.de/aid,698746/Dra...st/PC/Special/ clearly shows Xbox release is pretty good. If you can point me to a review that proves otherwise, I'd be happy to read it.

Or are you just a troll?

PS: I do have a very decent PC with GTX280 in it, 30" LCD, but I still prefer to play on my Xbox and 46" TV, if possible. pcgames.de review and screenshots show it should be pretty enjoyable. If you prefer PC, it's ok with me.

You have a 30" Dell screen and you prefer to play it on your xbox360?

Did you watch gametrailer's review(jump to 7:35 to see how the console versions compare to the pc one)?

Thanks. Looks ok to me And easier, which is a good thing for casual gamer.

I do software development on my PC for about 12 hours each day, so at least for gaming I prefer something different and more comfortable.

In fact, I hate that PC
