All I did was "AI Overclock 15%" on my Asus Striker Extreme.


I don't know if that changed the voltages or not...

uh if you want your processor to last longer never turn it off

thermal cycling probably causes more wear if you have adequate cooling.

Btw do you guys know of any uses I can put my CPU to while it's idle besides folding@home?

My cpu voltage is 1.216-1.232v. It fluctuates between those two..

Is that good or bad for my CPU?

The overclock in my sig is at 1.45v ... my cpu idles at like 35c .... full load is under 60c .... as already said, by the time the cpu craps out the thing wil be long gone from my system.
