Well to be honest there is not much video of SP either, so the MP could be good... who knows.

Meh. id Software has gone console so I look at them as just an average company nowadays. Certainly give them props for what they've done but too many other good companies have caught up and surpassed them. Not having huge hopes Rage will be anything great. id went downhill when they lost Romero.

Considering Rage is their first internal development console game and it isn't out yet, I am not sure how you can say such a thing.

4 players doesn't need a dedicated server right?

i havn't played l4d or l4d2 since it doesn't really appeal to me.

Yeah, my friend and I play on peer2peer all the time with Left 4 Dead and it works fine. Still, Left 4 Dead has dedis, it just doesn't let you browse automatically, it matches you into games.
